This Policy is published in Arabic and English. If the two versions differ, the Arabic version prevails.

1. Who we are

This website (threadsstore.net) is operated by شركة خيط واسلوب لتجارة الملابس ذ.م.م (Khayt Wa Uslub for Clothing Trading – Limited Liability Company), owner of the Threads & Co brand, registered with the Companies Control Department in Jordan under registration no. 82143, national establishment no. 200213105, with its head office in Amman, Jordan. The company is responsible for the personal data described in this Policy.

2. Data we collect

Order details: your name, phone number, email address, delivery address in Jordan, the items you order and your order history.
Messages: what you send us by WhatsApp, email or the contact form.
Browsing data: technical information such as device type, browser and pages visited, collected through cookies. Analytics and advertising cookies are only used if you accept them (see section 7).

We do not collect payment card details. Payment is cash on delivery.

3. How we use your data

To process, deliver and collect payment for your order.
To contact you about your order, deliveries and exchanges, and to answer your questions.
To send you offers and news (see section 4).
If you accept analytics and advertising cookies: to understand how the website is used, improve it, and measure and show our advertising.
To keep the records required by law, such as invoices.

4. Offers and marketing messages

When you place an order, we may use your phone number and email address to send you offers and news about Threads & Co by WhatsApp, text message or email. You can stop these messages at any time by sending us a WhatsApp message or emailing info@threadsstore.net. Stopping marketing messages does not affect messages about your orders.

5. Who we share your data with

Delivery service providers: your name, phone number, address and order amount, only to deliver your order and collect payment.
Service providers who run the website for us: such as website hosting, email and messaging services.
Analytics and advertising providers (such as Google and Meta): only if you accept analytics and advertising cookies.
Authorities: when we are required to do so by law.

We do not sell your personal data.

Some of these providers may store or process data outside Jordan. We only use providers that offer appropriate protection for your data.

6. How long we keep your data

Order and invoice records: for the period required by tax and accounting laws.
Contact details used for marketing: until you ask us to stop sending you messages.

After that, your data is deleted or anonymised.

7. Cookies

Cookies are small files stored on your device. We use:

Essential cookies: needed for the shopping cart and checkout to work. These are always on.
Analytics and advertising cookies: used only if you click “Accept” on the cookie banner when you first visit the website.

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data against loss, misuse and unauthorised access. Access is limited to the people who need it to serve you.

9. Your rights

You have the right to:

ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you;
ask us to correct inaccurate data;
ask us to delete your data, except records we must keep by law;
stop marketing messages and withdraw your consent to analytics and advertising cookies at any time.

To make a request, email info@threadsstore.net. We may ask you to confirm your identity before acting on it. You may also file a complaint with the competent authority in Jordan.

10. Children

This website is not intended for children, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them.

11. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. The latest version is always published on this page with its update date.

12. Governing law

This Policy is governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, including the Personal Data Protection Law.
