Delivery

We deliver within Jordan.

Delivery fee: 2.50 JOD for a shipment of up to 5 kg to any area of Jordan, inside or outside Amman. An additional 2.00 JOD applies for each further 5 kg, and an additional 2.50 JOD applies for deliveries to Aqaba. We confirm the total delivery fee for your order before it is delivered.

If you refuse your order at the door and later ask for it to be delivered again, the delivery fee is charged twice (5.00 JOD for a standard shipment).

Payment

We currently accept cash on delivery only. You pay the delivery representative when your order arrives.

Returns and exchanges

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or give refunds after purchase. Orders cannot be cancelled once placed.

You may exchange an item under these conditions:

In person at our Makkah Mall branch, Amman.
Within 7 days of receiving your order.
With the original invoice.
The item is unworn, unwashed and in its original condition.
The new item has the same price or a higher price (you pay the difference). Exchanges for a cheaper item are not available.

If you receive a defective item, or an item different from what you ordered, contact us and we will put it right.
