Terms & Conditions

These Terms are published in Arabic and English. If the two versions differ, the Arabic version prevails.

1. Who we are

threadsstore.net is the online store of Threads & Co, a brand owned and operated by شركة خيط واسلوب لتجارة الملابس ذ.م.م (Khayt Wa Uslub for Clothing Trading – Limited Liability Company), registered with the Companies Control Department in Jordan under registration no. 82143, national establishment no. 200213105, with its head office in Amman, Jordan. Our stores are located in Taj Mall and Makkah Mall, Amman.

2. Acceptance of these Terms

By placing an order on this website you confirm that you have read and accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. You agree to provide accurate and complete details, including your name, phone number and delivery address.

3. Orders

Your order is placed when you submit it at checkout. We may contact you by phone or WhatsApp to confirm your order details before delivery.

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been placed.

If an item you ordered turns out to be unavailable, we will contact you and remove that item from your order at no cost to you. If no items remain, the order will be cancelled.

4. Prices

All prices are in Jordanian Dinar (JOD) and include 16% sales tax. The delivery fee is shown separately at checkout.

If a product is shown at a clearly incorrect price because of a technical or typing error, we will contact you before delivery. You may then accept the correct price, or the order will be cancelled at no cost to you.

5. Payment

Payment is cash on delivery only. You pay the full order total, including the delivery fee, to the delivery representative when you receive your order.

6. Delivery

We deliver within Jordan only, through a third-party delivery service provider. The delivery fee is JOD 2.50 for a shipment of up to 5 kg to any area of Jordan, inside or outside Amman. An additional JOD 2.00 applies for each further 5 kg, and an additional JOD 2.50 applies for deliveries to Aqaba. We confirm the total delivery fee for your order before it is delivered. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Please make sure your address and phone number are correct and that you can be reached at the time of delivery.

Refused deliveries: if you refuse to receive your order and later ask for it to be delivered again, the order will be re-sent only after you agree to pay the delivery fee twice (JOD 5.00 in total for a standard shipment).

7. No returns – exchanges only

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or give refunds after purchase, except as set out in section 8.

You may exchange an item under the following conditions:

  • The exchange is made in person at our Makkah Mall branch, Amman. Exchanges are not available through the website or the delivery representative.
  • The exchange is made within one week (7 days) of the date you received your order.
  • You present the original invoice.
  • The item is unworn, unwashed and in its original condition.
  • The new item has the same price or a higher price than the original item. If it is more expensive, you pay the difference. Exchanges for a cheaper item are not allowed, and no difference is refunded.

8. Defective or incorrect items

Section 7 does not affect your rights under Jordanian law. If an item you receive is defective, or is different from what you ordered (for example the wrong product, size or colour), please contact us by WhatsApp or email as soon as possible after delivery. We will replace the item or, if a replacement is not possible, refund the price you paid for it, at no extra cost to you.

9. Product information

We make every effort to show our products accurately. Colours may look slightly different depending on your screen. Please check the size guide on each product page before ordering.

10. Offers and messages

We may send you offers and news about Threads & Co by WhatsApp, text message or email. You can ask us to stop at any time. See our Privacy Policy for details.

11. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including the Threads & Co name and logo, photos, designs and text, belongs to the company or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce or use it for commercial purposes without our written permission.

12. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of this website or from delays in delivery outside our reasonable control. Our total liability for any order does not exceed the amount paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms limits any right you have under Jordanian consumer law.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on the website at the time you place your order applies to that order.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. The courts of Amman have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
